Just had a new battery put in my S9+ but the Samsung diagnostic test is still saying the battery is weak and needs replacing - it read 44% charged when I picked it up. Any suggestions?
Battery is fine. I spoke to Samsung support who said when a new battery is fitted the Battery Management System needs resetting and only Samsung can do that - typical!
@BaronDigo I forgot to say the new battery seems fine and I have a couple of apps confirming it's good but I haven't found anything that shows it's anywhere near 100%
