@Hansel_Aristyo: If you go to Apps > My Files > Images, are the photos present in this location? Similarly, if you go to Apps > Google (folder) > Photos, are your photos archived here? If you have your S9+ set up to sync with Samsung Cloud, can you try opening the Gallery app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Sync With Samsung Cloud > Recently Added, to see if the images were backed up. If you can't see them, tap on 'Recycle Bin', and if the images are here, select them and tap 'Restore'.
