Your video is awaiting approval so I can't view it now.
So my general advice would be to put the phone in Safe Mode which disables downloaded apps but leaves the stock ones working and then see what happens.
And or turn the phone off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phones system files and clear the cache files. No info is lost this way.
As a very last resort back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset.
If that does not work then visit a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.
I assume the phone hasn't had an accidental bump or water damage.
