what do you mean? does it fail to install or is it not getting updates?

If it says no update available wait a few more days because sometimes updates are released late.

If its not updating its your eifi signal not string enough to connect to server

Hi @Girltalk52  Are you trying to update over wifi as that is advisable.   However you can sometimes update earlier via Samsung Smart Switch. https://www.androidcentral.com/how-update-your-samsung-phone-smart-switch
