Is it showing as charging on the phone at all ?
Have a check inside the charging port using a torch to see if there is any debris in there.
If you've tried another Samsung Charging cable and brick and the phone hasn't had an accidental bump or water damage then seek support from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.
