I'm missing 80-90gb of drive space. I've tried emptying the drive space. what's odd is that in some places it says 32 gb used and others 122gb. how can i fix this? i know there is some space used for the system but I don't think its 90gb, this is a phone that was just reset as I have given to my daughter

Android 10 on my Note 10+ 5G takes up just under 30Gb.
I would suggest to also look in your MyFiles App to see what's taking up space.
Sometimes turning the phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phones system files and clear the cache files. No personal information is lost this way.
Another option is a Factory Reset.
Back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset.

Do your calculations with all the apps and photos/files you have. If you still do not match the 90 gb of things manually backuo your data amd perform a hard reset. I have see quite a few people with this sort of bug and resetting solved the problem.
