Hi, I have an issue with my S9, it will no longer let me set mp3 files as ringtones it will give the small error message "Wrong filetype, please select again" in a pop up at the bottom of the screen. Except I know it will and can use mp3 files as ringtones, as I have been using a few, for main the ringtone and some for contact ringtones.
I can change the main ringtone using a third party app that will do it fine, but i can't change individual contact ringtones i get the same error message. Pretty sure that this isn't a permissions issue as the sound picker is coming up and accessing available files, just not allowing me to select them. I've update everything too to make sure that it isn't a fixed bug.
Any thoughts on how to solve the issue ?
