I posted on here 2 weeks ago as following the latest update, I had encountered some errors with my Samsung S9. For example I could not recieve incoming calls. I replaced SIM card with a new one from Tesco Support.

But, that did nothing, so I spoke to helpline and they said do a factory reset. So I did and now my data icon has vanished. 
Can anyone help or advise me.

Is Mobile Data turned on in your Settings or via your pull down notification shade @Simon1959 

 

Are you not able to surf the Internet at all ?

 

Does this happen everywhere or in one area ?

Hi,
I have to go into settings and turn Data on. But, its the toggle in the
pull down quick settings that has vanished. Its all since the latest update.
