microphone not working

Can anybody help out. The microphone does not work when the call is on loud speaker or in a video call. It does work on normal calls.

this might be something with call settings, have a look to see if there's a allow all and make sure it's on

to make it easy try to record yourself or go on WhatsApp or messenger and send a voices message. if it doesn't work and you don't hear anything then you got a problem with the microphone
