Messenger no contacts

Galaxy S9 Series

When I open my messages all the contact names are the same colour as my default theme and I am struggling to change it so that i can see the names again or to change to a different theme

@Br4ve: If you go to Settings > Wallpapers and themes > Themes > My Themes, you can adjust the look of the device from here, as well as search for other themes you might like. You may also wish to go to Settings > Display > Font Size and Style and make your font size larger, as well as enable 'Bold Font' to make it a bit easier to make out your contact details.
