How does one add your medical details to your s9 lock screen?

For some reason my s9 only has app shortcuts, no "Info and apps". Any other suggestions?

Hmm.  It appears to have been removed for some reason.  I wonder why.

I know this is old, but now, if you open Phone, "Contacts" tab, your own contact info should be on the top of the list. Select your contact, scroll down and you should see the Emergency medical information. Hit "Edit" and you can input info there to show up in the emergency dialer from the lock screen.
