Galaxy S9 Series
I got a new handset s9 because the old one s7 went quiet on in calls, I thought it was because it was old. Brand new one is very quiet. Volumes in settings turned max. Loudspeaker is very loud, so is media.

S9 is not brand new so you either got scammed or got a used or refurbished one with a faulty call speaker.
