My mums S9+ had this freezing problem then it was sent to be repaired. The freezing started again about 2 months ago. On Tuesday i called up Samsung and was told to back up all her stuff and then factory reset it. i did back up everything like 4 times to be sure. Then reset it and restored the backup, but for some reason she only has pictures from 2019. Nothing this year. She has now lost many photos essential for her business. Is there any way to receive the previous backup? When i go into the backups it has a back up from Wednesday, with nothing before that.
