lockscreen shortcut

I have already turn on and choose the apps that I want to show at the lockscreen, but it still not there. I've tried to turn it off and on again, but still I cant have my lockscreen shortcut. Since I bought it, I never know that I can have shortcut on lockscreen and now that I tried to turn it on, its not there. Anyone can help? (my phone is s9+)

@Chikarsln: What app are you attempting to add as a shortcut on your lock screen? When you go to Settings > Lock Screen and Security > App Shortcuts > Left Shortcut/Right Shortcut, are you ensuring that you have toggled both features 'On' (switch towards the top of the screen above the list of apps).
