Location Tracking Turned On and wont switch off!

Hello! After managing to loose my s9 and it being returned (thank you!) i stopped tracking however on my phone im getting the message 'Find my mobile' Location Tracking turned on every few minutes. As far as i can tell the Find my phone website reports that tracking is off.

Any ideas ? Thanks!

Hi,

I lost my galaxy M20 recently and thankfully found it again. I had the same issue but the location tracking turned off when I followed the following steps:

(1) Click Turn off location tracking prompt on your mobile phone.

You will be asked to sign in to your Samsung account. Instead of typing your password,

(2) Use Sign in using biometric data. (as in your fingerprint)

(3) The phone immediately sent a prompt saying that location tracking is Turned Off.

Going to the find my mobile samsung site, clicking on find / track my mobile, waiting 20 seconds to set itself up, then turning OFF find / track my mobile worked for me.
