Led cover not working

I recently bought a Led case. And it either doesn't work or it doesn't work properly. Sometimes it works. I read here the forum, the problem of many and other models. Are you able to try the case on another phone and visa versa.

Are you able to return the case for a new one @rarina 

Sometines a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On helps.
