Last update issues

Galaxy S9 Series

Immediately following the last update, I have had nothing but issues with my phone.  I cannot go on any website without either a page popping up saying that the website is not using a secure connection (even Amazon) or saying no internet.  No links through Facebook will work.  It will not load many apps off of wifi (even home or personal office).  I am not receiving emails when on wifi.  I have an expensive paperweight.

I had my phone end up in safe mode and I have lost everything Verizon had to do a hard factory reset. I am so stressed I lost my calendar and all the info on it all message over 90 days old and there was stuff to do with a court case. I am beyond sad.

Doesn't the factory reset remove all personal info that you have to reload? I just got a new phone due to not getting phone calls. They don't even show up on my call history. Now it is happening again! I hate this latest update! It is completely screwing up my life!!!

You can use smart switch on a pc, hook up the phone and back everything up.
