Language problem on Samsung Members

Hello!

The default set language in Samsung Members is French, I do not speak French, I speak English. How can I change the default language to English, I keep getting News in French.

Personally I've not launched that app in my phone so cannot delve into its connectivity settings. 

Perhaps take a look to see if there is a preference settings for language.

What's the language set as in your Samsung Account Profile? (If it's not 'English', then tap 'Edit profile' to change it, and let us know if this changes the language in Samsung Members for you.)

Hello, I just set the language to Albanian (my native language) it did change something (I receive e-mails in that language), however I still get the News and Tips on French, but what bothers me is that for support I have to contact French support. Here's a screenshot of the home screen.

No worries @Zgjim. Just to confirm, what's the device language set at? (Settings > General management > Language and input > Language)

And any guess why it'd display stuff in French? (Are you aware if your phone was imported, for example?)

Yes, I assume it is so, but there's no problem. I don't use it much, so news being displayed on French doesn't really bother me. Thank you for your time!

Hey bud I had a similar problem. I'm currently in Bulgaria but I speak English. Figured out the Samsung members app changes the language according to the SIM card that's in the phone. I swapped my Bulgarian network SIM to my English network SIM and the language for the members app changed too. Hope this helps.

this is a joke, im english i speak english just because i live in hungary why should i have notices in hungarian, have u seen that language? its impossible

I have the same problem, but it's on German Language. 

I changed the language to English but the language is still German.

And my fiance and I have the same phone(s9+) but I'm not getting the same Samsung  Member Benefits he's getting.
