Keyboard help

Hi everyone!  Hoping for advice here.

 Not sure what I did; but all of the sudden the emoji buttons/gif buttons are missing from my keyboard when I am in messenger.  How do I get them back?  Any suggestions appreciated!

Try restarting the phone friend

Turn the keyboard toolbar back on in your phone settings (search that term in settings to go straight to it)
