issues with my storage

I have 64 gb of storage on my phone, I used around 60 gb and I did the storage analysis and everything checked out, but when I went to my files, I saw that even though I'm using 60gb, I only have access to 26 gb in my files, and I don't know why. at first I thought that the other 34 gb was the system, but in storage analysis it says that only 11 gb is being used for the system, so I Don't know why I can't find the 34 gb even though it exists I can't access it.

It seems that other, is taking up 2.58 GB this can be failed updates or even cache from the files app or other apps, clean that and it should give you some more storage

thank you for the suggestion but I don't need more storage i just need access to the 34 gb data (of the 60 gb) that I have on my phone so I can manage them but right not I only have access to the rest (26 gb) of data

That's because the rest of the GB is used up by apps:

I suggest Google files app to better manage your storage

Clear cache on apps aswell

Or even go there on play store to see the storage hungry apps

the apps are taking 44 gb while the files missing are 34 gb so I Don't think so and I checked Google files it was easier to manage my files through that so thank you

I regularly clear app cache every month or so

It happens to everyone... all that is in my internal files is just my photos, it doesn't include apps

I suggest scrolling down on analyse storage to find unused apps, large files or duplicate

I am also facing this issue with my device storage like it has 64 GB ram but the memory is full know I have nothing except some APK files.
