irritating screen message

I keep getting a screen message "Smart Call keeps stopping" continuously since update. Have sent feedback report. Very annoying as while its on screen can't answer calls etc. Any advice? Thank you

clear the smart call cache.. then restart your phone

how do you clear the cache. when I go into my settings and type smart call it doesn't bring me anything up

@Mozza81 @Clifty: If you head to Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Show System Apps > Smart Call > Storage > Clear Cache, then restart your device, does this help at all?

go into settings... scroll down to apps.. click on smart call then onto memory.. clear cache should be at the bottom of the screen

did you clear the cache?? then rebooted your phone ??

yes I did. I have read some other comments on here which said clear data as well so have tried that and I think it appears to have worked
