My windows 10 laptop wont import pics from galaxy s9. Pop up with library, drive or media pool is empty. Ive tried reinstalling drivers, use the cable that came with the phone, factory reset phone, formatted sd card.... every time i try to import to file explorer ( i dont want to cut and paste pics, only use explorer as it only imports new pics) the files import at a size of 26bytes. Anyone else had this issue???!!!
