I hate Bixby, this overly annoying service can not be completely stopped. After the prohibition of everything, he appears again and again, I want to smash the phone.

I successfully locked the bixby key with Button mapper, so bixby doesn't bother me anymore.

You can long press on your home Screen and swipe across to turn off bixby cards and if you can't turn off the dedicated bixby button there too then look at re mapping apps or use a package disabler from the play Store.

I hate Bixby so much. I want to throw my ph o be at the wall. I used to I only buy Samsung products but since the Bixby *****, I'm buying other products like Apple and Hisense. Bixby Sucks. It would be OK if it was an option but you don't have an option. It's always there and you can only disable it by sacrificing your first born child. Thanks Samsung. Everything about you that made you better than Apple? You're now doing. This 9 Note that I just got that Microphone doesn't work unless it's on speaker and it's clearly a software problem because sometimes my speaker works and other times it doesn't. Samsung sucks ***** now. They used to be SOOO good when they stole all of HTC's ideas. But now they are more like Apple and that sucks *****. Anyone who buys an android hates Apple so wtf are you guys doing? ***** you Samsung. You're a sell out

I just hate Bixby. The home screen keeps turning itself back on. I can only get to Bixby settings (to shut down the button) if I first setup Bixby and agree to the terms and conditions. That's right, i can only disable the app i don't agree with by setting the App up and accepting that apps terms and conditions that I don't agree with.

I personally prefer Google Assistant because to me it's more polished and more useful.
So on my Note 9 I have set the Bixby key to have to be long pressed to activate it so it does not happen accidentally as.this was a recent update provided by Samsung in response to people accidentally initiating Bixby.
Other options such as remapping the Bixby key or using a package disabler from the Playstore are options but be careful what you disable.
I'm sure Samsung are still working on bjxby and in the realms of Virtual Assistants it's pretty still new and not one of the worst out there.

Completely agree! Had to set up & then veryify a fake Samsung account just for liking your complaint!
Result:
Feel like a having safely escaped from a violent crime scene. Just knowing that I will absolutely ditch this intrusive, abusive phone tomorrow, already makes me feel a lot better.
The hardware is certainly nice but would need to be rooted to pure Android or better yet, to something open.
DIE, BIXBY, DIE!

I cannot stress enough how damaging this "service" is. Does Samsung not know that forcing people to use stuff they DO NOT WANT, LIKE OR VALUE never ends well? It makes me want to move my Samsung phone and switch to a Non-Samsung phone.

You would think Samsung would listen to it's users and get rid of it. It's always popping up. Even though I have disabled it, so you k ow it's never been disabled. It's creepy and invasive. I also want to smash my phone.
