i can't receive incoming calls or outgoing

Hi can anyone help me i can't receive incoming calls or outgoing i had this problem last week but had to factor reset it then was working fine now its saying can't make this call while calls are barred but everything is turned off don't know what to do.

Have a look at ur calls settings and see if u have changed anything their

Tried that and I've tried it in my husband phone its my sim its the issue and not my phone

U will need to call ur network provider and ask them to replace ur sim.
