Hi,

I got a message in my S9 saying that my Gallery pics will not be stored anymore on the samsung cloud, as my account will be deleted in a month, so I need to download my data or store them on MS One Drive for a year. Is there a way to link the Gallery with the cloud provider of my choice? If yes, how do you do this?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi,
Samsung won't be doing Samsung cloud anymore. Everything needs to be backed up on one drive now.

Samsung are stopping the syncing of Gallery pictures with Samsung Cloud.

Samsung Cloud isn't stopping @Aklima and will still back up other information from your phone.

I opted to also change now before the deadline but I decided not to go the route of linking suggested by my phone because that way of linking stopped the camera upload option.

So I set up one drive separately and activated camera upload.

Now my photo's are saved in OneDrive and so are my new one's that I take.

I also save my photo's to Dropbox.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
