I just recently got a new phone and tis the Samsung s9 plus but I don't know how I can find a battery health or does it even say as I used to have a iPhone and that would tell me

Any ideas?

Alternatively, you can go into " device care" app.

Well , Samsung doesn't have integrated "battery health " option. There are apps on Google Play store ( like AccuBattery ) , but i wouldn't waste my time...

To be honest, i am not sure what would you like to see in a " battery health " report 🤔

I suppose seeing a charge cycle count as well as maybe a rating for how much total capacity is sill usable would be nice for when purchasing a 2nd hand phone.
