First of all, excuse me if this has been already post/solved but I could not find anything.
The problem is that the screen is not working at all, phone makes sounds but screen is just dead. I've tried everything, restarting with pressing Volume Down + Power button doesn't work. Trying to do a Factory Reset isn't working either, also I would not like to lose all my info. I have tried with several software to tranfer all data to a PC, but it is not possible due to USB Debugging not being enabled. I don't know what else to do.
