My Samsung S9 last few days keeps popping up at bottom saying Using Time Limited License. Why is this and how can i stop it?

The issue isn't with your Samsung device but Android devices as a whole from what I have gathered, my phone is having the exact same issue and it's a Sony Xperia, not Samsung.
I've been experiencing the issue for the last 2 days or so. No, I didn't have the Covid app then. As I only just downloaded that today.
It has to be something else.
