Hi, all the albums created in my Gallery... ie Downloads, WhatsApp, videos etc have dissapeared all that I'm left with is "camera" this is the only album that is stored on my SD card, so basically all the albums stored on the internal memory have gone, this is the second time it's happened, Any ideas.?

Try going to gallery then top right click the 3 dots menu icon then go to hide or unhide albums, check if any have been accidentally hidden in there somehow

No, they haven't been hidden, in fact if I go into storage in the device maintenance settings internal storage was showing  0...!!!  After phoning Samsung Tech dept and going through all settings with them and having to do a factory reset the phone did it again (3 times now)  so it's gone back to Samsung for an exchange..
