Galaxy S9 SeriesI factory reset my phone a week or two ago to in hopes of getting updates for software installed via Galaxy Store eg. Game launcher which had not been working for ages. It worked and Galaxy Store was in the application menu, it updated all the software which came pre-installed and with updated Game launcher I was able to screen record again.
A week afterwards, after system update and Galaxy store is gone again and therefore bundled software can't be updated and an out-of-date Game launcher not being able record anything as the whole custom task bar menu is gone.
Models affected are at least S9+ and colleagues S10+ in managed mode (company phones).
