Galaxy s9 theme animations not working

Hello, I just upgraded to a Gs9 yesterday from a Gs7 edge.  I applied my favorite [live]theme but now the animations on the lock screen do not work.  I have searched endlessly in the settings and online but I can't find anything.  Any ideas?

This is the only thing that worked for me! It was driving me crazy. I bought quite a few themes and they stopped working for some reason. Thanks so much for sharing this solution!

Hello, I am glad that you were able to get your animation for your Samsung themes. I read everyones posts and their suggestions as to how they were able to correct this problem .

I tried People's suggestions as to View all downloaded themes, apply the default, then go to Samsung themes again, and to wallpapers selecting any free one, and download one, then apply, and then reapply the animated theme. I followed these instructions from various people that posted with no luck at all.  I have boughten many Samsung themes and enjoy the beautiful animation of the lockscreen anf wallpapers. Please help. Thank you!

I just installed the default theme and then reinstalled my purchased theme with animations, and it works now on lock screen. A+

This worked for me. Apply default then go back to your animated theme. Lock screen animations are working now.

I tried the suggestion of applying default and then an animated theme.  I have dozens that i've purchased.  None of them will work.   Tried about ten times including restarting phone during the attempts.   Does not work on my Note 8.
