I have tried countless methods between 2018-2021 in order to update my S9+ from Android 8.0, to ATLEAST anything else. I haven't even received a security patch since September 1st 2018. I've now visited 4 Samsung stores, of which all just told me to 'wait a bit longer'. Little did I know that I still wouldn't have received anything even 4 years later. I've factory reset the phone countless times, wiped the phones cache, booted into safe mode, used Samsung Smart switch. Nothing has worked. Is there anything I can do to actually receive an update now? Please, if anyone has anything I could do, please let me know.
