I always keep my Galaxy s9 up to date. but the recent updates caused the moisture detected warning when cable charging.. I know my port was fine because before the update this problem never occurred, and sometimes it charges normally via cable but most of the time this moisture error keeps popping up especially when the phone has less than 10% battery.. please help 😢
hi it's possible that it's a software bug, which android version are you running on your s9 as a version update might fix the problem that you are having, as the s9 and plus are notorious for being buggy after a update hope this helps.
I also have charging problem since last software up,fast charging on cable and wireless switches off. constant check your charger error message. Samsung constantly cocking up peoples phones via updates 🙄🙄
