Does my Samsung Galaxy S9 have LiDAR technology?

No. It seems iPhone is the only device that supports it currently. The S10 5g had it but Samsung subsequently dropped it

A  lidar sensor was also used in the S20 series, Samsung's version  was not quite as  advanced though.    Anyway it was discontinued due to cost  and lack of application.
