Galaxy S9 SeriesHi guys
I should have been eligible to upgrade since the 4th of April but when I try to login I get this error and I quote "We’re sorry but you are not eligible to update your handset at this time. Please try again after when you are eligible"
Emails are going unanswered and I'm getting really stressed, I've been with the program since the S7+ and it's gone smoothly eversince. Currently on the S9+ and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
