Galaxy S9 SeriesHi, I have recently given my Samsung s9 to my nephew. The phone worked perfectly beforehand but on the day he had it the screen went black with a slight green line across the top and was a struggle to get it back on. This has got worse over time and continues to freeze with a black screen. The software is up to date and have completed a soft reset but it is still doing it. Tomorrow they are going to clear the cache and do a factory reset but can anyone offer any advice on how to resolve this please? This was meant to be his first phone so it’s disappointing for him … bless him. Thanks
