I have forgotten my password to my work Samsung phone - how do I get into it?!

Do you mean Samsung or Google password?

I mean the Samsung one to get me into the phone. I’ve been on maternity leave for a year and can’t for the life of me remember it. There was no google account linked to it either as it is a work phone!

It’s for my phone.. the password to get into my phone... not to sign in to my account online?

OK ,I now understand. If there is a Samsung account on the phone find Samsung Find My Mobile on the net and log in with your info and you can unlock the screen to allow you to change the password. If not, you are going to have to reset the device, however, you should check with your employer's IT dept to see if they can help.

Hi I'm having trouble signing in to my tablet. I enter a password connected to my email but having trouble. I can't do a reset.
