Hi everyone,
I have a problem with my Samsung S9+.
Since yesterday my fingerprint sensor stop working.
I already tried to reboot it via recovery mode and reseting the cache of this application. No success 😕
Does anyone know if ther're known problems with this defect? What could I do to fix it by myself?

Hi,
Have checked in settings biometrics and security. If you select fingerprints a screen will open with an option to test the fingerprints you have added. It's also a good way to verify that the fingerprint sensor is working. Also you can check your biometric preferences and make sure that it's set to fingerprints.
