When I plug a charger in, it says there is moisture and won't charge, It chargers wirelessly fine. I just want to know if this will affect a trade-in price? I have an S9

@ryan_will124: If your S9 doesn't meet the minimum requirements for trade in, then the company we use to inspect the devices (MTR Group Ltd) will contact you directly within 10 days, and a surcharge of up to £100 may be applicable. Alternatively you can always declare the device as broken during the trade in process on our website, after which a lower trade in value will be offered.
