Fast Charging

My phone has recently stopped fast charging....any ideas what you issue might be ?

could be dirt in the port on the phone.

i have cleaned the port, checked settings done a factory reset aswell

can you get to a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre

Have you tried a different charger...., just a thought, incase its your charger and not the phone.

no Samsung stores local to me 😞

another family member has a Samsung phone.. my cable makes their phone quick charge but not mine.. so it can't be the charger

go to settings>device care>battery >charging and make sure fast charge is turned on.
