Mine is working ok now. I cleared the cache and removed the account from my phone. Switched phone off for 5 mins then added account back onto phone. All working ok now emails received last night and this morning. Hope you can all get yours fixed as I know how frustrating it is. Good luck.
Did it remove your sub folders, like some are suggesting, my other question would be is this going to be a temporary fix as the real issue has not been addressed, why did do it in the 1st place, glad you've sorted yours
Yes the contents of my sub folders were gone but then I have rarely been able to use them on my phone anyway. Yeah wish we knew why it happened and if it's a permanent fix.
