Edge display disappeared on S9+

Hi all,

I noticed this morning that the edge panel has just disappeared from my screen and I haven't changed anything! My settings say it's selected. Any ideas?

Sama here. I disabled / re-enabled, still no luck. Also tried restart...no luck.

Samsung completely removed the "My Places" feature on the S7's which was extremely useful. Caused a lot of upset users and hundreds of this type of inquiry.

I hope this isn't a repeat.

This has happened to my S9+ as well. Noticed it while at work, and were unable to fix it when I got off from work.

Sounds like an odd one! Anything unusual in Settings > Display > Edge Screen > Edge Panels > 3 dots > Edge Panel Handle?

Turns out that mine had randomly moved over on the left side of the screen rather than on the right side, where it usually hangs around. How it happened is beyond me, but that's what happened.

Same here, mine moved over to the bottem left. It's back now. All is well with the S9+. Love this phone. Best one yet.

LOL. Clearly, it's part of a sinister conspiracy. :robotwink:

Not too sure why it would’ve moved. Glad that you guys have got your Edge panels back though. :robothappy:

I have the sane issue... my settings show it's on, but it has vanished and nothing I have tried bring it back. Pretty disappointing on a brand new phone.

Nothing was odd there, but when I changed some thigns it broughtit back! Thanks!

My issue is that the edge panel randomly switches sides.
