Double page print does not work

Hi 

I have just setup my new S9 and was all going well and loved the phone. But I am having trouble printing double sided page.  Any ideas please

@Janelf: Is your phone currently connected to your printer? To check please go to Apps > Gallery > Select Image > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Print > Tap the drop down arrow in the top right > All Printers > Select your printer from the available devices list. With your printer selected you should now be able to swipe down, look for the 'two-sided' print option, tap 'None' and select 'Yes'. For further clarification I recommend checking your printer's user manual for details on how to connect wirelessly to mobile devices.

I have tried this and the none is shaded out and will not drop down to change it. 

I can print but not letting me change that setting. Any idea
