Delivery Reports

I have a Samsung S9 and use the text message app that was installed on the phone. I have delivery reports switched on, so I get a sound when a text is delivered and an icon at the top of my screen. This afternoon, this has stopped happening. Everything is still switched to 'on' so I can't understand why this has happened. Help?

I know I didn't understand that either, after I did my phone update thats when it stopped, and I never knew about the Samsung community until I tried to contact Samsung, people on here were really helpful, but honestly it works give your phone provider a ring

Hi, just to say, rang back to Vodafone customer service, a really helpful guy from the tech team removed wifi calling and yes, all delivery reports now working fine! X
