Please sort your call centre operators, always giving wrong information.
I called earlier to ask if the phone will be shipped today and the reply I got was due to a lot of orders, you phone will be posted next week.
It then took me 3 operators to finally get hold of a manager who was able to give me the answer but this took 35 mins just for a simple answer.
As this is a birthday present, I really don't want the birthday to be ruined.

well I'm not the least bit surprised.
To be fair I only pre-ordered 2 days ago so I'll be at the back of the queue.
Be lucky if mine arrives next week.
