My phone is in a perfect condition, it has not any scratches in the screen,nevertheless it got a dead zone in my touchscreen that is very annoying because i cant select some keyboard keys and also sometimes it make a click when i'm sliding within screen.
I have seen several reports about this issue and it is very curious that in almost all cases the dead zone is located in the same place.
I would really want a solution without pay to Samsung a huge amount for this factory issue.
