I changed service providers & since then I am getting  a CID Manager Notification

New Service Provider

Tap here to use your new service providers app

So when I tap, I then get a warning which reads:

To use your new service providers apps and settings you need to factory reset your phone. All of your user data will be deleted and some services may no longer be available. When you click OK, nothing happens & then message loops around again.

So I completed a factory reset but this has not solved the issue & the CID notification loops around several times a day & I can't seem to find a solution.

Is the phone locked to the original provider because you got it on a tariff deal? If so you may need to get a network unlock code from them for a small fee to unlock it for use with other networks.

NAC? There's an NUC or a PAC. The PAC is to take your number with you, not unlock the phone. There's also a PUK if your SIM gets locked because of wrong PIN entry multiple times. Never heard of NAC though 🤔
