My account is still indian based but my app got automatically shifted to UK based. For example, in india I am a Samsung maker and after few days from shifting here , the app got converted to UK members. Umm try changing country in play store. This might solve your issue.
Go into the play store settings > general> account and device preferences > scroll down to country and profile
