cant complete purshase

I was charging normal in Free FIRE & PUBG diamonds and UC, but one day this message appeared "cannot complete purchase" I tried a lot, but it stayed the same, I can buy apps from galaxy store but can't purshase inside apps. I need a quick fix and thank you

See if you can speak to someone from Samsung directly who can search up the error code "(Error: B7002/P/33TOA)" and tell you what it means. I googled it but it didn't come up so these errors code keys aren't available to the public
