Can't text S9+

I cannot text a radio station on 84850! I have texted this number several times in the past, 3months ago texts started saying they couldn't be sent! I have checked with my mobile network supplier who agree I have texted successfully before and can see NO reason that I cannot text to them. I have checked the number with the radio station who have NOT changed the number!!  Is this an update problem? I have NOT changed any settings. Thank you in advance for any help.

To help rule out the phone as the issue can you try your sim card in another phone and then text ?

I have done as suggested and can text the number!!

Then by the process of elimination I suggested to try the sim card in another phone and it works the phone has either an app that's hindering or software that's hindering or phone settings / preference settings.

Unfortunately it's not going to be a simple process to get a resolution and may include further trial and error @Baldrik01 

Try putting your phone in Safe Mode then try again.

Can you check to make sure the number hasn't been accidentally added to the blocked number options @Baldrik01 

Launch Message's. 

Press the 3 little dots.

Settings.

Blocked numbers and messages.

Blocked messages.
